Please allow 8-10 days for delivery. (2.) CANCELED ORDERS: Orders can be canceled
by emailing sales@sfarzo.us only prior to shipping process. (3.) BACK-ORDERS: If your order cannot
be shipped within 10 days, we will notify you of the expected shipping
date. (4.) RETURNS & EXCHANGES: All returns/must
be made within 3 days of receipt of merchandise. Merchandise must be in
original condition, and must include all original packaging materials,
customer will be responsible for the shipping and handling charge. If
your product is defective and you need to return it for a replacement
or refund, please e-mail us at sales@sfarzo.us and request an RMA return
number. Your RMA number allows Sfarzo Strings to track your returned item.
Customer is responsible for return postage. (5.) RETURNED CHECKS: A fee of $10.00
will be assessed to a returned check. (6.) INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Not available

Official Contest Rules - No Purchase Necessary. Drawings will be held
on the following day at the end of every month, and the winner will be
posted on the Web. If you've already registered for your free string contest,
remember to come back every month and enter your email address in the
entry form for a chance at a new prize! The monthly contest is open to residents
of the U.S.A. and its territories, 18 years of age or older. Employees
of Sfarzo String Company (sponsor), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising
and promotion agencies, and the families of each are not eligible. All
federal, state and local regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law
or otherwise regulated. Winners will be notified via email when they are
drawn. If confirmation by the winner is not received in the form of an
email by the deadline posted at the bottom of their email, the winner's
status will be forfeit and the prize will go to the next runner up. Only
one entry per person per giveaway period will be accepted. The odds of
winning depend on the total number of entries received. No substitution
or transfer of prizes is permitted. All federal, state and local taxes
are the responsibility of the winner. Acceptance of the prize offered
constitutes permission to use the winner's name and/or likeness for advertising/trade

link exchange program. When approved, your listing(s) will appear in the
