Bio
The band was started in June of 2009 When John hooked up with Dave and began jamming in John's garage, Dominic is John's neighbor and heard these two playing and walked over and knocked on the garage door and asked if he could sit in.
These three dudes jammed a couple of times and Dave said I know a singer, and Dave called Don and said "dude we got a metal massacre going on over here bro and we need a singer." and it was on like Donkey Kong. We practiced twice a week and got the cops to show up to half of our practices. We struggled to come up with a band name until John threw out the name Disturbing Dorothy, and it fit, because we think John's neighbor Dorothy was the one who kept inviting Cotati’s finest to our practices.
Dave Cato has since quit the band and Dominic Bacigalupi has taken over as the guitarist. The new bass player is Sean Mallin. With 10 new originals they are ready to rock the house! |
