Digital Image - When placing your order with 123stringcom, email us your digital image along with your name and email address to info@123strings.com. This will begin your design process.

Resolution
We recommend that all images used are at least 300dpi for printing purposes. Submitting files with a higher resolution than 300dpi is not necessary.

Color
We require that all submitted files be saved in CMYK to ensure color accuracy as all RGB submitted files are converted to CMYK.

.PSD - Adobe Photoshop
.EPS - Adobe Illustrator
.JPEG - Joint Photographic Experts Group File Format
.BMP - Bitmap File Format

Ordering

It's easier than ever to order products and select options.

Step One: Select A Color for your Text. Red, Green, White, Yellow and Red are your choices.

Step Two: Select a simple Text only design or add your digital image to the string set.

Step Three: Order your string gauges from the Products drop down menu. Choose the gauge and the quantity.

Step Four: Email us your digital image to info@123string.com

Verify information in shopping cart and continue shopping or proceed to check out.

Select appropriate billing method and then select shipping options.

Review and submit your order.

You will be directed to the order confirmation screen.

Return & Refund

All sales are final. Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us within 10 business days after your package arrives. All claims MUST be made within 10 days of receiving your order. Shipping charges will not be refunded unless lost or delayed by UPS or USPS. Returned products must be in absolutely new and unused condition for refund.

Should your print job contain manufacturing errors and/or defects, we will rerun and ship the job at no charge. 123string.com reserves the exclusive right to judge what a manufacturing error and defect is. On a case by case basis we will investigate and determine if the damage was due to negligence on our part.
